- Orders placed before 3pm PST will typically ship the day you place your order if all items are in stock and payment is approved. However, please allow one business day for the processing and shipment of your order. Delivery times will vary based on your chosen shipment method. If you have chosen a delivery method that has a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, that information will be available to you when you login login and check the status of your order. We will also normally send you an order update to let you know the tracking or confirmation number.

Our Return Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must be returned in new condition with original packaging intact with all parts and accessories accounted for - effectively in new and resellable condition. Returns cannot be accepted on used items, products with sealed packaging that has been opened, discounted items, or seasonal items. Defective items not warranted directly by the manufacturer will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion based on the policies of and our working relationship with the individual manufacturer.Refunds for returned items are limited to the price paid for the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds to credit or debit cards must be made on the same card, PayPal payments will be refunded to the same account, check payments require 10 business days to clear the bank before a refund can be processed.

- All carts are open and products are considered "in-stock" until payment is finalized. So if you are browsing and are purchasing a particularly popular item with limited stock, it may become "out of stock" while you are browsing though it is in your cart. The shopping cart system we use will fill orders on a first paid basis, not on a placed in cart basis.

- We do our best to provide an image that accurately shows the color of any product. However, due to the variances in displays, the color shown on your display may not match the color of the actual product. If a product is offered in more than one color and we can guarantee color selections, you will have a dropdown menu to select the color option of you choice.
